I am thrilled to share some truly special news—I’ve been invited to serve as one of the judges for the upcoming E-Cell IIT BHU event, scheduled for September 14, 2025. This is a moment of pride and deep gratitude, as it brings me back to my alma mater, the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi—this time not as a student, but as a member of the judging panel.

Returning to My Roots

Being part of IIT BHU has profoundly shaped my journey as an innovator and entrepreneur. Coming back to guide and witness the next generation of changemakers fills me with excitement and nostalgia. It’s an incredible privilege to view the institution that once nurtured my dreams through a new lens, supporting the visionaries who will soon craft the future.

Five-day skill development training concluded at VBU

Hazaribagh | The proposed skill development training of ‘I Have Divya Sampark’, ‘Eduvitae Services Private Limited‘ and Department of Science and Technology, Government of India and IIT Roorkee, under the aegis of Skill Development and Placement and Training Fund of Vinoba Bhave University, was duly concluded.

In this training program organized from 9 to 15 January, 100 students of Scheduled Caste and about 150 other general students received training on data science, machine learning and robotics and Python language. Students of other departments including USET participated in this training.

Dr. Arun Kumar Mishra and Dr. PK Manjhi of Engineering Department played an important role in this program. This essential skill of the students was aimed at making them benefit from future opportunities and strengthening their employment potential. In this program, as the chief guest, Vice Chancellor of Vinoba Bhave University, Professor Dr. Pawan Kumar Poddar, while honoring the excellent participants by giving them awards, said that under the National Education Policy, it is very important for everyone to have skill development.

The trainees expressed their gratitude to the University for its unwavering support and facilitation. Mr. Ankit Rawal assured the gathering that more such initiatives would be launched in the near future, with a special focus on supporting candidates from underprivileged and rural backgrounds.

CUJ: Organizing technical workshops for SC, ST begins

Ranchi: A 5-day skill development training program is being organized for SC & ST students from underprivileged, rural backgrounds with technology/science background as well as other related departments under the joint aegis of Central University of Jharkhand, Ranchi and Eduvitae Services. The Career Development Cell of Central University of Jharkhand has started imparting skill development and training on emerging technologies like Python Programming, MERN Stack Web Development in a workshop organized in collaboration with EVS Eduvitae Services Pvt. Ltd.

Along with this, the workshop also includes basic fundamental skill training for entrepreneurship, startups and innovation. The initiative aims to equip the candidates from underprivileged and rural communities with the necessary skills, technology knowledge, empower them to seize future opportunities and increase their employability.

The inaugural ceremony was attended by Prof. (Dr.) KB Panda of CUJ, Prof. (Dr.) DB Lata, Chairman of CDC, Central University of Jharkhand (Ranchi), Ankit Rawal. Ankit gave a brief introduction about the skill trainings, encouraged the students and wished them all the best.
